Citadel Park Developments Ltd. was incorporated in 2008 specifically for this project.  Partners in the company are Doug Little and Randy Wyton, who combined, have over 60 years of active experience in the real estate field. 

Doug Little’s experience is specifically in land development, working as a consultant on many projects in Edmonton.  More recently, he developed the Willow Park subdivision in Stony Plain, and Walker Lake in Parkland County.  His knowledge of construction and costing will be the foundation for the successful development of this land. 

Randy Wyton is an appraiser specializing in multi-family development since 1981.  He brings a sound understanding of the requirements for high-density developments and a long list of contacts that would be important players in the development of this community.
